Pregnancy Weekly Guide

[Week 36 Mother] Lets learn the difference between false and true labor.

You're in your last month of pregnancy.

It's a good idea to visit your OB/GYN for your last month's checkup and to ensure you're physically and mentally ready to bring your baby into the world anytime.

You may still have temporary stomach cramps (uterine contractions), but if they become regular and increasingly spaced out, you should be prepared to go to the hospital.

You'll need to take into account the intensity of your contractions, your previous births, your distance from the hospital, and your transportation. If you experienced a rapid labor with your last birth, you may want to rush a little more.
