"Swelling in the feet is inevitable, and it's a common discomfort experienced by many pregnant women. Here are some suggestions to consider:
1) Elevate your feet as much as possible:
Whenever you have the opportunity, elevate your feet. If you're sitting at a desk all day, use a footrest to elevate your feet. At home, try to keep your feet above your heart level when resting.
2) Water-based exercises are beneficial:
Exercising in water is one of the best activities for pregnant women. If you don't have access to a swimming pool, you can fill the bathtub with water and move your legs to promote circulation."
