White blood cells are being made in your baby's marrow. That means that the baby is getting ready to find germs on their own.
From the pituitary gland, certain hormones that will let the baby make their own babies are being produced.
In other words, your baby is getting ready to become a grandparent since the child is 12 weeks old!
