Pregnancy Weekly Guide

[Week 11 Mother] You experience occasional cramps in the lower abdomen.

The lower abdomen can experience aching or cramping, which is often due to the expanding uterus and the stretching of ligaments. If the pain is not severe and is not accompanied by bleeding, there's usually no need to worry!

Hormonal changes during pregnancy can also lead to skin pigmentation, including on the face. This is common and often fades after childbirth, so don't be overly concerned.

Around 11 weeks, the baby's teeth start to develop below the gums.

Vitamin D plays an important role in preventing tooth decay, so if you don't have the opportunity for regular outdoor walks, it's a good idea to consider taking vitamin D supplements.
