[Week 0~3 Baby] The zygote is still immesurably small.
The zygote is still too small even to measure its size. The fertilized egg starts out very small, then reaches the size of 1mm just before the implantation.
The egg meets the sperm in the fallopian tube, and the cells continue to divide until it looks like a bundle of grapes. Nine to ten days after fertilization, the blastocyst settles into the uterine lining, a process called implantation. And this is the beginning of pregnancy.
